Since being posted, 24XX TIDES WILL RISE has been downloaded 200 times!  I'm always happy to see people interested in this idea.

So, how is it? Have you had a chance to run it?  Anything you'd like to see added mechanically or fleshed out in explanation with an update?  Would you want to see a different civil mech scenario, with the same general mechanics?  I've got a few ideas, but I'd really love to know what has worked for you already!
